The Leon Wyczółkowski District Museum in Bydgoszcz is a non-profit cultural institution. Its basic and honourable goals include collecting, presenting and disseminating art. These goals are realized by exhibition, publishing and educational activities. We would like to invite Patrons and Partners to cooperate with us on all these undertakings.
Thanks to your help and inspiration the Leon Wyczółkowski District Museum in Bydgoszcz is gaining wider and wider recognition for organizing unique exhibitions. Our educational offer attracts audience even at preschool age, and residents of Bydgoszcz and Bydgoszcz region eagerly participate in various events organized by the Museum. On the Mill Island, which is called the Museum Island, four buildings present specialist collections and their doors are always open to visitors. Granaries at 7-11 Grodzka Street are open to guests, as well. We also offer publications providing documentation for exhibitions and versatile activities of the Museum.
We invite you to become patrons of culture. We would like to remind you of times when famous universities and the most wonderful world museums were opened thanks to kings and big patrons.
